Barista Position - Garden Centre Restaurant
About the Role We're seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join our Garden Centre restaurant team. This position offers an excellent work-life balance with no evening work, no split shifts, and guaranteed holidays off including Christmas, Boxing Day, and New Year's Day.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following food safety standards
- Handle multiple orders efficiently during peak times
- Assist with food preparation and ingredient management
- Process transactions and handle cash accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service
