Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages in line with Ralph’s Coffee standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café, including equipment, workstations, and seating areas.
- Operate the till, handle transactions accurately, and assist with stock management.
- Follow health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, professional working environment.
- Previous experience as a barista or in a café/food & beverage role (luxury or premium environment preferred).
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak trading periods.
- A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering memorable experiences.
