Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espresso shots
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate coffee brewing equipment and maintain cleanliness of the espresso bar area
- Maintain inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with food preparation and other tasks as needed
Skills:
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso-based beverages
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in preparing beverages according to customer specifications
- Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment
