Overview
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in a bustling café environment. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee beverages, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee preparation area
- Uphold high standards of quality control for all beverages served
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
Experience
- Previous experience as a Barista is desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Proficiency in food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Willingness to help colleagues during busy periods
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
