As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing and serving high-quality beverages. You will be responsible for ensuring that each customer receives exceptional service, contributing to their overall experience in our mobile units. This position requires a passion for coffee & experience using a commerical coffee machine, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are prepared according to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, including equipment and utensils.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions with basic maths skills to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in all aspects of food preparation and service.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and an understanding of food safety practices.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and providing change accurately.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
