Mine Bubble Tea was founded in 2023 after almost a year dedicated to testing quality ingredients, and formulating a recipe that has been proven after thousands of samples and feedback. Our menu offers extensive flavours of bubble tea with a massive selection of toppings along with freshly made bubble waffles and ice cream.
All of our tea and waffles are prepared freshly in store, whilst maintaining our ethos of delivering only the best customer service to everyone. If customers are not happy with a drink, we will always offer to remake it until they are ready to walk out as a satisfied customer.

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bubble tea Barista to join our team. As a boba Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks and fresh bubble waffles to our customers. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and passion for boba will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold drinks and desserts, including bubble tea, coffee, bubble waffle and soft serve ice cream
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate equipment such as ice machine, coffee machine, cup sealer, tapioca cooker and more
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all products served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store throughout your shift - Clean as you go
- Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations
- Opening/closing the store
- Ordering and rotating stock - inventory management (Full time staff)
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of bubble tea is a plus
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus
- Familiarity with food safety practices is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service
- Speak good English; Chinese would be a plus
