The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic barista to join our weekend team. You’ll be the face of Platform One—serving up great coffee, scooping gelato, and making sure every customer leaves with a smile.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks to a high standard
- Scoop and present our artisan gelato with flair
- Handle payments and maintain a clean, welcoming space
- Chat with customers and offer recommendations
- Support occasional events like wine tastings or charity mornings

- Previous barista experience preferred, but not essential—training provided
- A positive attitude and great communication skills

- Weekend availability is essential
