Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages.
- Ensure all beverages are made to Malavenda Cafe's high standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
- Manage inventory and supplies for the coffee station.
Our Ideal Barista Will:
- Demonstrate a passion for coffee and customer service.
- Have previous experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess knowledge of different coffee brewing methods.
- Be an excellent communicator and team player.
- Show flexibility in work hours and tasks.
