Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverages to the highest standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, building rapport and creating a friendly atmosphere.
- Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barista station.
- Educate customers about our menu, including seasonal and specialty items.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the till system.
- Support the team with stock management, replenishment, and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of barista experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Skills: Proficient in crafting high-quality coffee and beverages with attention to detail.
- Customer-Focused: A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to create consistently high-quality beverages.
- Team Player: Willingness to work collaboratively and support colleagues.
- Flexibility: Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
