Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, table service and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve not only preparing drinks but also creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while looking after them throughout their dining experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including beet, wines, coffee, and specialty drinks such as cocktails.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any queries they may have.
- Handle till transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining a balanced till.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in a café or restaurant is essential.
- training will be provided.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders effectively.
- A genuine desire to help others and provide excellent customer service is essential.
