Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while following proper food handling procedures.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions and managing cash.
- A helpful attitude towards customers and colleagues, fostering a positive team dynamic.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and commitment to food safety practices.
