The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of our café, making consistently excellent coffee and other drinks whilst keeping the café buzzing with good energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee-based drinks and teas
- Operate the till and handle card payments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Restock supplies and manage inventory
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Basic latte art skills are essential
- Previous barista experience is essential — full training provided
- A positive, friendly, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality service
