Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve not only preparing drinks but also ensuring that our café remains a welcoming space for all patrons.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area, including equipment and utensils.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and health regulations during food preparation.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any queries they may have.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and support each other in daily tasks.
Skills
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
- Strong time management abilities to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Experience in food preparation is advantageous, ensuring high standards of quality are met.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
