We’re looking for a Barista who gets it. Someone who can pour a banging flat white during a morning rush, chat to a regular about their weekend, and keep the energy up even when there’s 20 tickets on the bar.
What you’ll do:
- Dial in like a pro and keep it consistent all shift.
- Own the coffee station – whether you’re solo or flying in a two-person team.
- Help the FOH crew with orders, prep, and service when things get busy.
- Keep the coffee area spotless and prepped – organised chaos is still chaos.
- Make customers feel welcome, whether they’re a sleepy commuter or a latte-obsessed local.
We’re after someone who:
- Already has solid barista experience – this isn’t a learn-on-the-job role.
- Cares about good coffee and wants to get better at making it.
- Works fast, stays calm, and genuinely enjoys the buzz.
- Isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves – we’re a hands-on, team-first kind of place.
