We are looking for an experienced Barista with strong skills across all areas of coffee and beverage preparation. You must be confident in specialty coffee, matcha, mocktails, and latte art, with solid knowledge of coffee beans and brewing methods.We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across all barista sectors, with expertise in specialty coffee, matcha preparation, mocktails, and artisan beverages. You will bring creativity, precision, and a strong knowledge of coffee beans and brewing methods to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality coffee, matcha, teas, and mocktails.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and customer service.
- Keep equipment and workspace clean and efficient.
- Contribute ideas for new drinks and specials.
Requirements:
- Proven barista experience in specialty coffee.
- Skilled in latte art, matcha preparation, and creative drinks.
- Good knowledge of coffee beans and brewing techniques.
- Passionate, reliable, and customer-focused.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
