Cart on the Common is looking for an experienced barista & front of house member to join our growing team! We also have the opening for site Manager for the right person!
Barista hours are mostly weekend and super flexible.
Manager hours are open to negotiation once you are comfortable will the full training.
Cart on the common is an outdoor cafe. Applicants must LOVE dogs, and enjoy being outside in the forest, experience within hospitality is crucial. Some lone work is possible, meaning you will have to be able to think quickly and be responsible.

Responsibilities:
- Make excellent espresso coffee with an incredible manual machine
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area
- Assist with food preparation and handling, following food safety guidelines
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks if applicable
- Collaborate with the staff team to ensure smooth operation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience in food preparation, bartending, or working in a restaurant environment is a plus
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
