Job Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and customer-focused Barista to join our team full-time. If you know your way around an espresso machine, thrive under pressure, and love delivering great service with a smile, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages to a high standard
- Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Handle cash and card transactions using a POS system
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience is essential (minimum 6 months preferred)
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy periods
- Punctual, dependable, and well-presented
- Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and flexible shifts
