About the Role:
We’re opening a brand-new brunch and breakfast shop in the heart of Hayes UB3, and we’re looking for a passionate and reliable Chef-Barista to join our breakfast and launch team!
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new local food spot focused on quality brunch, good vibes, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare brunch and breakfast items (e.g. eggs, pancakes, toasties, etc.)
- Make a variety of coffees, teas, and smoothies
- Keep the kitchen and coffee area clean and organised
- Manage food prep efficiently during busy hours
- Assist with stock checks and ingredient orders
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Work as part of a small, friendly team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a brunch café, kitchen, or coffee shop is preferred
- Able to make basic coffees (latte, cappuccino, etc.)
- Comfortable handling both cooking and barista duties
- Passion for food, presentation, and cleanliness
- Good time-management and teamwork
- Positive attitude and reliability
