Job Summary
Beyond Coffee are expanding and we are building our team for our new Beyond shop in Lincoln, coming soon!

We are still fitting out the location but are aiming for an open date of mid to late August, with the team starting training the week leading up to that.

We have multiple positions available from 15 to 35 hours per week, including weekend positions

The new shop will be focused on great coffee, matcha, smoothies & fresh bakes to have in and takeaway.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, matcha and current trending products
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations
• Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented attractively
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours
• Engage with customers, taking their orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences
• Keep the workspace clean and organised, including equipment maintenance and restocking supplies as needed
• Work with the team to create a positive, fun working environment

Qualifications

• Great customer service
• Previous experience in food preparation or as a Barista is an advantage but not essential as training will be given
• Strong understanding of food safety practices
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A friendly personality with great communication skills to engage with customers & the team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
