Neighbourhood is all about quality coffee, fresh pastries, and a seasonal brunch menu made with locally sourced ingredients. But more than that, we’re a welcoming space where people can meet, connect, and feel at home.
From the morning rush to chilled weekend brunches, we’re creating a cafe that feels like a second home — and we’re looking for the right people to help make it happen.
We’re hiring for:
- Baristas and Food Preparation Assistants (Full-time & Part-time)
You’ll be:
- Crafting beautiful coffees and drinks with care
- Prepping fresh ingredients and plating simple, delicious brunch dishes
- Creating a welcoming, positive space for everyone who walks through the door
- Keeping things clean, organised, and running smoothly behind the scenes
- Working as part of a small, friendly team that values each other and our community
- Have an eye for detail as we document our business venture on social media through photos and reels
We’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a café, kitchen, or hospitality setting (preferred, but not essential — we’ll train the right people!)
- Barista experience is essential
- A positive attitude and genuine love for good food, coffee, and community
- Great communication skills and a willingness to muck in wherever needed
