Barista/All Rounder
We are looking for front of house staff who are passionate about fantastic coffee and providing amazing customer service. You will be a team player, and enjoy working as part of a team where everyone does a little of everything. This means everything from making great coffee, preparing/serving food and drinks, greeting customers, and cleaning, including the toilets.
Our baristas must have:
A genuine passion for coffee
Positive attitude, friendly and outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills
Great customer service skills
Attention to detail and commitment to high quality
A good sense of humour
Strong work ethic, capable of working efficiently
We would love it if you already have experience in a similar environment.
Further details:
We have space for full and part-time staff, with flexible shift patterns available.
We have different opening hours during the summer and winter, therefore the hours worked per week will fluctuate accordingly:
Summer - 8.30am – 6pm Thursday & Friday until 9pm during the height of summer.
Winter - 8.30am – 5pm
All applicants are expected: to be flexible with shifts and *able to work weekends*, have a good grasp of English and be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Please note that we are particularly looking for staff to work the weekends on a flexible basis.
