Barista
Role responsibilities:
- Providing high standard of service to all guests
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations of products and service
- Being visible and observant
- Managing food orders, ensure guests receive a great customer experience and provide clear communication with guest and staff
- Providing product knowledge and information on food and drink
- Up to date with all health & safety and all related regulations
- Flexibility to work in other areas of Guest Experience as and when required
Ideal candidate:
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Experience in a similar environment/role.
- Good communication skills
- Professional, confident, well-presented and positive
A willingness to learn and develop their knowledge and skills.
- Welcoming with a smile
- Friendly and patient personality
- Good organisation skills
