We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in food preparation, including pastries and light snacks, while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service without compromising quality.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for enthusiastic candidates.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a hygienic work environment.
- Strong serving skills with the ability to create a positive customer experience.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders.
