Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the Clubhouse during events, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items and assist with any necessary food preparation tasks.
- Support bartending duties as needed, including serving drinks and managing bar supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
- Help set up catering equipment and food stations prior to events, ensuring everything is in place for a successful service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or catering is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
