As a Barber, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional grooming services to our clients, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques, including traditional and contemporary styles.
- Provide grooming services such as beard trims, shaves, and scalp massages.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in barbering and hair styling techniques.
- Build rapport with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in hair styling and barbering techniques.
- Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with the ability to work well within a team environment.
