Duties
- Provide high-quality hair styling and barbering services, including cutting, colouring, and grooming.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering professional advice on styles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good condition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide innovative services.
- Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the beauty or grooming industry.
- Proficiency in hair styling and barbering techniques is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus but not required.
