Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of barbering services including haircuts, beard trims, and shaves.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and encourage repeat business.
- Manage appointments and maintain client records as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barber or in a similar role within the grooming industry.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with clients.
- Knowledge of various hair styling techniques and trends.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in barbering are preferred but not essential.
