Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, fades, and shaves tailored to each client’s style.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and valued.
- Keep your workstation and tools clean, sanitized, and organized at all times.
- Manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay on top of the latest barbering trends, styles, and techniques.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development.
- Be punctual, reliable, and ready to contribute positively to the shop atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional barbering experience.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong technical skills with an eye for detail.
- Professionalism, cleanliness, and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to continue learning and improving through training opportunities.
