Job Description
We are looking for a confident, friendly and responsible FOH Breakfast Waiting Team Member to run our breakfast service, often working independently. You'll play a key role delivering a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests each morning, ensuring high standards whether working alone or as part of a team. Every morning starts with excellent service and a smile.
Qualifications
As a member of our Bar & Waiting Staff, you will…
- Set up the dining area and breakfast buffet before opening.
- Open the restaurant doors promptly at 7.30am and welcome guests warmly.
- Take guests orders in a professional, friendly and timely manner.
- Deliver food efficiently, ensuring all orders are correct and presented well.
- Regularly check and top up breakfast buffet items, keeping the area clean and well stocked.
- Process payments accurately using the till system.
- Anticipate guests needs and respond quickly to requests to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a tidy and inviting dining environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all FOH areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen to ensure a smooth service.
- Assist with closing down the breakfast area at the end of the shift.
What you’ll bring…
- Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or customer-facing role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, proactive, and can-do attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
