Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that all patrons have an enjoyable experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and soft drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Engage with customers to take orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A friendly and approachable demeanour with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail preparation is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
