POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
- Bar Staff
- Waiters/Waitresses
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience working in a busy bar or restaurant environment (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain high standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
BAR STAFF DUTIES:
- Preparing and serving a range of drinks including cocktails, beers, wines, and spirits
- Managing bar stock and cleanliness
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Engaging with guests and offering drink recommendations
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area at all times
WAITER / WAITRESS DUTIES:
- Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving meals and beverages efficiently
- Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly
- Assisting with general cleaning and closing duties
