Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving beverages, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area. Duties
- Serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, applying basic math skills for billing purposes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour
