We are seeking an experienced FOH team member with a heavy emphasis on bar work to work at a small independent Japanese restaurant in the heart of Nottingham city centre. The role is to support the bar manager on a day to day basis as well as being able to run the bar in their absence. The candidate must also have experience in serving tables as they will also be expected to look after a number of our guests.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience of working in a bar and have a positive attitude towards working in a fast paced restaurant environment.
You must be able to work Fridays and Saturday's, with the option to pick up more shifts at lunch time and midweek. Must be available over the summer holidays and during term time.
Between 30-35 hours available
We are closed Sunday - Tuesday
