Restaurant and cocktail bar located in the centre of Edinburgh.
We are looking to recruit enthusiastic team members. Experience in hospitality is preferred but not essential. We can offer full time 40h over 4 days. It will be 1-11. Experience of making coffees will be beneficial.
Plus there will be a part time 3 shifts a week. 5-close, either at 1ish or 3is/4ish. Ideally the person would leave nearby as these are late hours. Around 30h a week. Experience of making cocktails will be beneficial.

Role:
Bar Staff - serving customers, preparing drinks (cocktails, beers, whiskeys, coffees etc.), taking payments (cash and card), setting up and down bar, cleaning, restocking.
