We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our friendly bar staff team at The White Hart. A traditional country pub in Ashton Keynes, known for its warm atmosphere, delicious food and excellent drinks. As a key member of our front of house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, serving drinks and food efficiently, and maintaining a clean and welcoming enviroment for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greeting customers warmly, making them feel welcome.
-Take food and drinks orders accurately and efficiently.
-Serving Drinks (Including pulling pints, making basic coctails and serving wines and spirits.
-Serving food promptly and curteously
-Handling cash and card payments
-Addressing customer queries and resolve any issues or complaints in a friendly manner, esculating to managment when necessary
Bar Operations:
-Ensure bar area is clean, tidy and well stocked at all times
-Restocking fridges and shelves
-Changing barrels in the cellar
-Cleaning and maintaing bar equipment
-Assist with cellar managment where nessesary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
