We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers to provide a friendly and efficient service, taking orders and offering recommendations when necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines while working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
- Strong time management skills are crucial for managing multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- A basic understanding of bartending techniques and drink preparation is desirable.
