We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards at all times.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
