The Crafty Baa Keswick is an award winning, small, unique and quirky business in Keswick. Our goal is to provide all our customers with a professional and personal service in a relaxed ambience and to give the customers the best possible experience from the minute they walk into our establishment to the minute they leave.
We are a wet sales only establishment serve around 100 different kinds of beers including Craft, Belgium & German. Alongside a large range of flat ciders, sprits, wines & cocktails. We are also known for our amazing live music. This is very frequent.
Wednesdays - Our newbie night for all artists who are new to performing. We help provide them with a safe supportive area for the first performances.
Thursdays - Our super busy open mic night
Friday & Saturday - Showcasing the best artists from around Cumbria
YOU
We are looking for a certain individual to join The Crafty Baa Keswick Team who is passionate about their work an service they provide, willing to learn about the extensive range we provide, can work well within a team environment and someone who can have fun!
Ideally we would love for you to have a background in hospitality although this isn't a dealbreaker as long as your are willing to be trained and are a keen to learn.
JOB ROLE
- Keeping a high quality of customer service
- Closing down and opening up duties including some cleaning
- Cellar work including barrel changes
- Basic bar hygiene levels
- Handovers to other team members and reporting any concerns to management
- Glass collection
