We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management, reporting any shortages or issues to management.
- Uphold the principles of food safety, ensuring all drinks are prepared in a hygienic manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others enjoy their time at our establishment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
