Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry and have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Shifts will be on a two week rota system
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking orders and offering recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including responsible serving practices.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred, but not essential.
- Basic knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
- A positive attitude towards helping others and providing outstanding customer service.
