Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of our guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided to the right candidates.
- A solid understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence is crucial.
- Strong time management abilities to handle busy periods while maintaining high service standards.
