Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries about menu items.
- Assist with food preparation and serving during busy periods or special events, including banquets and catering functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while adhering to company policies.
- Stay informed about current beverage trends and menu items to enhance guest experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred, particularly in fine dining or restaurant settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in serving, food preparation, catering, or banquet services is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Barista experience is a plus; familiarity with various beverage preparation techniques is advantageous.
