Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining high standards cleanliness. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages while engaging with customers to enhance their experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently while providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; we value a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques and beverage preparation is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to help create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.21-£20.05 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 35 per week
