Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to all patrons, ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and glassware.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining quality service.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing recommendations when appropriate.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely service during peak hours.
