We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of bartending techniques. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving high-quality beverages and ensuring an exceptional customer service
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take orders, and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
