This job is across two venues - The Birdcage and The Blue Anchor
Are you trained in either bar or kitchen work but looking to mix it up in a fun, friendly atmosphere? We are looking for someone with previous experience in either area that wants to keep it interesting by working in both kitchen and bar areas. Full training will be provided. This is the perfect opportunity for someone considering change to dip their toes in a new area.
The perfect candidate will be punctual with a great attitude. Excellent customer service with a friendly disposition is a must.
Bar duties will include serving customers, preparing drinks and keeping the bar clean and tidy for our customers.
Kitchen duties will include preparing food, maintaining compliance with food safety measures and keeping the cleanliness of the kitchen to the high standard we adhere to.
Requirements:- Previous experience within the hospitality environment
Friendly, positive can-do attitude
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work under pressure when busy
