Banksman – Irvine, Scotland
£16.00 per hour – Long-term Contract (up to 12 months)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Banksman to join a busy construction project in Irvine, Ayrshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure up to one year’s consistent work with competitive pay and excellent site conditions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Directing plant and vehicles safely around site.
- Communicating clearly with site operatives and drivers to ensure smooth movement of traffic.
- Supporting site management in maintaining a safe working environment.
- Adhering to all site health & safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid Banksman qualification.
- CSCS Card (essential).
- Previous experience working as a Banksman on construction sites.
- Reliability, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety.
Additional Information:
- Rate of pay: £16.00 per hour.
- Contract length: up to 1 year (subject to performance and site requirements).
- Drug and alcohol testing will be carried out at induction and randomly throughout the contract.
