The Role
We are looking for Bank Support Workers to join our growing Independent Living Services Team, supporting young people aged 16-18 under Local Authority Care across Bristol. This is an Ofsted regulated service, delivering support across several areas of Bristol. Shifts are on a rota basis and can include days, nights or sleeps.
You'll play a vital role in helping young people develop independent living skills, whilst being part of a charity that is committed to creating positive change in their lives.

- Help young people build life skills and independence
- Safeguard against harm, abuse and exploitation
- Keep detailed records and support seamless communication with your team
- Maintain a resilient, calm and positive approach even when things get tough
