About the Role
As a Bank Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support tailored to each individual’s needs. You’ll be helping people to achieve their personal goals, develop skills, and access their community. This could include:
- Providing personal care and daily living support.
- Promoting independence and skill-building.
- Supporting individuals to take part in activities they enjoy, at home and in the community.
- Following care plans, risk assessments, and PBS strategies to ensure safe and high-quality support.
This is a bank role, meaning you can choose shifts that suit your lifestyle while helping us maintain excellent care standards.
Requirements
Previous experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
A valid UK driving licence (essential).
Good communication skills and a caring, patient approach.
