Rockdale Village provides excellent care for the residents, set in beautiful surroundings and located in the centre of Sevenoaks, it is highly regarded by the community.
Rockdale is going through an exciting period of change, and we are growing our services to respond to the needs of our customers. We are looking for ambitious BANK Home Carers to join our great team for evenings and weekends whilst we roll out a new Domiciliary Care service in our supported living properties.
The successful candidates will be excited at the prospect of this additional investment in our organisation and will be motivated by this new service offer at Rockdale.
Our Home Carers will be responsible for ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care in their homes.
You will be passionate about delivering great care and supporting the residents and their families.
There is the potential of these roles moving from BANK to permanent contracts.
Pay:
£13.02 (basic rate) and £16.28 (enhanced rate) per hour.
For this role, successful candidates will:
- Have previous experience of working with older people in a domiciliary care setting.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Understand empathy and treating people with kindness
- Ability to work to deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Understand person centred care, and the ability to respect choices and treating people as individuals.
